Shipping & Returns

Effective as of 07-14-2011: If you order any one piece pool cues there will be an additional shipping and handling fees of $34.95 for Continental United States Residents. We have to charge more due to the size and length of the package. Additional fees will be calculated if you are outside our shipping area of the Continental United States. We require these additional fees before your order will be placed.
(THIS IS IN LIEU OF THE SHIPPING PRICE THAT IS QUOTED AT CHECK OUT)

Minimum Order:
Our online store has a minimum order purchase amount of $100.00. Orders under the minimum order purchase must pay shipping and handling fees.

Shipping Information:
Our shipping area is the North America Region. Our Shipping area consists of the United States, Canada, and Mexico. We will ship for free within the Continental United States on any McDermott pool cue(s) and or McDermott items that have been purchased over the minimum purchase amount of $100.00.

If you reside outside the Continental United States (Alaska or Hawaii), Canada and Mexico we charge a flat rate of $50.00 US Dollars for shipping and handling. The shipping method used is UPS Ground. (1-5 Days depending on where you reside).

Ordering Information:
The McDermott cues we have listed on our website are created per your specs and will be ordered and manufactured at the McDermott factory. Due to these variances in availability and or customized orders of some McDermott products this may take up to 8 weeks for delivery.

- Orders on our Lay-Away Plan will not be ordered until that item has been paid in full. We CAN NOT put limited edition / limited series pool cues on lay away. As we CAN NOT guarantee that these limited edition / limited series pool cues will still be available by the time the lay away plan has been paid in full.

Returns and Exchanges:
We want to make sure that you have had a pleasant shopping experience with MidnightCues.com. If you are not satisfied with your McDermott purchase for any reason you may return it to us within 30 days. The pool cue must return to us as new and must be unchalked and in undamaged condition. In order to return a product please email us at midnightcues@gmail.com.

Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges to return any item(s) including any shipping cost that was incurred. In addition, if there were any customizations done on a cue such as tip change or engraving we cannot offer any refunds.

A 30% restocking fee applies to all returns. No cash refunds or exchanges allowed WITHOUT a sales receipt from us. No refunds on sale items or special orders. We send all items back to the McDermott factory for their final word on the condition of your return. Once a refund has been issued back to us, we will then refund back to you, minus any shipping fees we had incurred. We will then deduct our 30% restocking fees and refund back to your paypal account. This may take up to 90 or more days.

All prices are in U.S. Dollar.
Please note: We will ship for free within the Continental United States on McDermott (Items) pool cues purchased over the minimum purchase amount of $100.00. (Free shipping is void if you are purchasing any quantity of one piece pool cues. There is additional S&H fees, see above - The very first paragraph.)

Please note: We carry a very small stock of McDermott pool cues. All orders placed from us "MidnightCues.com" are ordered directly from McDermott and are made to your personal order and specs, and will be dropped shipped from them directly to you.

Payment Information:
The online store accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards, And Paypal debit card. All purchases are made through our merchant Paypal account.
